Jack the Ripper, A serial killer also widely known as The Whitechapel Murderer and Leather Apron. Apparently, he remained unidentified.
He used to be active in areas like Whitechapel district of London around 1888. His victims were usually the female prostitutes who worked in the slums of East End of London. He used to cut the throats of the women which followed abdominal mutilation. Removal of internal organs of some of his victims suggested the fact the killer had some surgical knowledge.
The mystery of the identity of Jack The Ripper still remains.
